As a courtesy to other patients, please be advised that we do require 2 business days for any changes to your appointment or charges may be incurred.

FINANCIAL

For your convenience we offer direct billing and file your claims electronically. We accept payments via debit, Visa and MasterCard. Difference between your insurance coverage payment is due at the time service is rendered.

INSURANCE

If you have a Dental Plan try to obtain a description of your coverage from the Insurer or your place of work. This will make it easier for us to predict what the Insurer expects you to pay out of your own pocket
